Great place to stay, we stayed for 5 nights, would recommend anyone to stay there. I would’ve given a 5star rating, but I thought that daily housekeeping could’ve done a better job of for what you pay for this hotel

We stayed for 5 nights, It a nice hotel to stay for that time, and would recommend for anyone to stay there. Very quiet, bed was comfy, got clean towels everyday but the daily house keeping needs improvement. I would’ve gave it a 5 stars if it wasn’t for the house keeping

My friend and I loved our room— first time having a two floor suite! Why it’s not a perfect rating then? There was a very strong sewage and/or mold smell coming from the far corner (the other side of the shower) of the room— by the TV. It would get really bad at night for some reason that it woke me from my sleep— I thought it was a gas leak at one point. I highly recommend either getting the pipes and/or the floor checked— maybe water is leaking— or see if a ventilation system can be placed in the shower; noticed there wasn’t any place for the steam in the bathroom to go.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel has easy access to the bus and subway station with a direct connection to the airport which was great. But no/poor Internet connection in the room.

From the night we arrived until we left 4 days later, the reception staff were very attentive. They gave good recommendations for places to eat, attractions to visit and the best way to get to them. We had a couple of small issues during our stay and staff endeavoured to sort these for us as soon as possible. At the time of booking we thought the breakfast was a little on the expensive side and found a place across the road for a selection of breakfast options. The room was quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Thank you for making our first time in Lisboa a pleasant experience. We would stay in Hotel White again without hesitation.

Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfy. Staffs were superb. They were all welcoming, very attentive, and always tried to meet the requirements. The only thing that can be improved was bathroom; the water pressure for shower was a bit low and drain for basin was slow.

Perfect Weekend stay in Lisbon
Perfectly clean, tastefully decorated, budget hotel in a good location in Lisbon. Metro just outside, plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Attentive and friendly staff, the little surprise at checkout was a nice touch to end the stay. We will definitely recommend and be back next time !

Staff were amazing. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. We would highly recommend. It is steps to the Metro making it convienient to get around. About 20 min and you are im Rossio square in the heart of Lisboa's tourist attractions. They replenished water daily and gave a gift when we checked out.

The best part of the property was the location - right next to the train station. The worst part had to be the housekeeping. It was terribly inconsistent. One day we would find the water replaced, another day nothing. One day our towels would be replaced, another day left there. One day the cups would be washed, another day the cups would be taken away completely and not replaced. Additionally, housekeeping had a really bad habit of talking on their phones on speaker all through the morning while they were working on other rooms. We could hear everything (including whatever was coming out through the phone's speakers), which was not a pleasant experience. Overall, I can't recommend this hotel for their poor service levels.

Decent sized clean rooms in Saldanha, a modern building right next to the Metro station. Helpful staff, though they gave us 2 identical rooms for different category (and priced) rooms we booked. Not sure if we ended up overpaying. Overall price is quite high for what's offered and other comparable places.

Very convenient location, Metro station just outside the hotel. Many dinner options along the street. Hotel offered breakfast for our stay as well. Easy check in and helped us stored the bags because we were arriving early. They also gave each customer a little gift after checking out.

Ideal for a short city trip, we’ll be back
Really good city hotel. Sitting on top of Saldahna Metro station so easy to get to from airport and great for moving around. Staff were very pleasant and the suite we were upgraded to was great. Breakfast did the job and there is a good restaurant - big and popular - across the square. A great city hotel.

Loved this place!

The hotel is located in a very good neighborhood. However, its access as well as the parking is very confusing and might say a bit dangerous since you have to park in another building.

Everything was perfect. Breakfast was very good, though not many selections but enough to fill us up until late afternoon. Upon departure very early in the morning, we were provided with packed breakfast including cold drink and we were asked to choose by ourselves the hot drink we’d like to bring to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Very nice, quiet, comfortable. The entrance to Metro just steps from the front door. A supermarket at 5 min walking distance, and so are a few restaurants. Nice staff. Nice room. Nice bed . We even had a small fridge. Definitely recommend!

Our room was filled with cigarette smoke for the first 2 days of our stay. The first morning I was woken up by the foul smell, told the front desk, and all they did was cover it up with perfume. I went back down an hour later and reiterated how it smelled so bad and how it was supposed to be a smoke free room. I was told a manager would be looking into it and asked for a follow up twice, which I was promised both times. We left for the day and came back in the afternoon to the entire floor and our room smelling like smoke. I went back downstairs and was gaslit when I was told “it was investigated and there is no one smoking in the room/building”. I took a staff member upstairs and they finally agreed that it smelled. Obviously no one even bothered to go up at any point during the day otherwise it would be have been super obvious!! The smokers were finally addressed but at this point, it ruined 2 of our 3 night stay. Overall, service and care for those paying to be in the hotel is non-existent. Lastly, we had our room cleaned and toilet paper wasn’t restocked and garbage was left. Considering we paid a decent price for the 3 nights, we left with a sour taste in our mouths- we would not stay there again.

Perfect for our Citybreak.
Really nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff and great location, not far from the Airport (Metro stop at the hotel), lots of restaurants, nightlife and iconic spots around the City. Will definitely stay here again.
