Did not have breakfast at the hotel but dropped by the room where the buffet style breakfast was served and it looked very appetizing and well stocked with a variety of hot and cold breakfast options and the price was very reasonable

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Altis Suites! From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and made everything feel effortless. The suite was incredibly spacious, spotless, and perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. The location is unbeatable—close to everything. The comfort level was great. Last minute booking for overnight stay before flying out. Good location for heading out of town, near Parque Eduardo VII and Parque metro if you want to head down into old Town. Excellent staff and service.

Reasonable prices for the space you get. It was quite clean but the facilities are a bit old. The reception and overall staff is lovely and very accomadating, and are available 24/7! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Everything was perfect. Apartment was clean, well-equipped, quite and close to the center, well connected by metro or bus, closed to supermarkets. I would definitively recommend staying there for a holiday in Lisbon.

The suites were perfectly located just off the main avenue. Everything was within walking distance. The apartment was well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The staff are lovely especially Cristina on reception. She was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Reception staff were very kind and informative. Apartment was older but nice and had featured amenities. Good Location very close to Avenida da liberdade and several restaurants. Not too hilly in this particular area of Lisbon. There is taxi stand right next to hotel and Uber also very easy to get from this location

I liked the location, the cleanliness inside the apartment. I did not liked that when you looked on the window you would see something dirty like the ventilations and emergency staircases and a white wall, no natural light, I found that dissapointing. The furniture was very old school and there was no hanger on the hallway to deposit jackets. The location is ok but there were a loot of homeless guys around the blocks (but probably thats Lisbon all over the places).

Excellent service, average apartment

Christina Aguar at the reception and the entire staff (room service, house keeping) delivered an excellent service. They were always very friendly, flexible and provided instant solutions to our requests. The apartment was more on the average side; there was no dishwasher, the amenities were limited. Housekeeping compensated though by offering a clean and tidy room, every day.

Mother daughter trip to Lisbon

We stayed here bc it was next to Grand Hotel where the conference my daughter was attending was being held. We booked the suites because it was more economical and I liked having a seating area and kitchenette. The unit was very spacious. Loved having fridge and freezer along with dishes, silverware plus a microwave and stove top for leftovers. Separate living room with table, chairs and couch. The staff was very helpful but only there during the day. After hour check in at The Grand Hotel next door. They did provide luggage storage and room service which was wonderful. They brought tea and honey around midnight to calm the tickle in my throat and allow me to sleep. Only negatives from someone with a bum knee there is stairs to get down to the lobby and elevator to get to your room or to go up to reach street level. Also traditional European shower inside very tall bathtub. I would recommend staying here.
