"Property was above average, great location, good condition. Did not sleep at all, however. Someone was knocking, banging, and shouting all night. Apparently, his partner locked him out. Other guests were trying to resolved the issue, to no avail. This lasted from midnight to 5am, at which point I just checked out and left. "

"The Lodge was clean but run down. The first unit, bathroom door which was a pocket door would not come out to close. I requested another room and the toilet did not flush without me taking the cover off and reaching in to activate the flush flap. There were connecting doors that were not locked so I had to block them with chair and luggage to feel safe that no one could come in from those doors. I only spent one night and booked to take advantage of the airport shuttle service which was great. Service was ontime, driver very helpful and pleasant. That was the only highlight of my stay. I would not stay again."

"The staff was so polite and professional. Happy they allowed me to check in early, although being sold out the night before. Room, hallways, pool, restaurant, lobby bathroom and lobby. Everything so clean."

"I was a weary traveler who was greeted by Kim and Alan. Their good energy and assistance was OUTSTANDING!! A room was assigned, gS station and Parking info details given, food choices and ordering happened prior to gas and park so that when I came back, my order was handed to me! I later discovered my phone charger was broken, they found several ideas to solve the issue and made me a cup of tea while I waited on my phone charger. They both went above the ordinary to ensure my one night stay and early 4 am wake up call was going to be comfortable and stress free. I highly recommend Hyatt Place San Jose whose representatives went above and beyond for me!"

"Clean, easy, built into the airport"

"The pool was murky and had an unpleasant smell, with hair and rubbish visible on the floor. There was nowhere to sit, and the area felt overcrowded. We asked staff for help managing a very disruptive group of teenagers and to check the water’s pH levels, but our concerns were dismissed. The rooms also had an unpleasant smell. Overall, we were disappointed with the experience and would not recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling with children."
