I would consider this more like a motel than a hotel. There was a fee when I checked in for $50 that I was unaware of, when I purchased online, it said $4 was due at check in, so I was annoyed by that. The staff were kind, but not very professional, they were having a private conversation while they were checking me in, which I thought was a little rude. The rooms are accessible from outside. The room was decent, there was someone's hair on the floor in the bathroom. There was lots of dust on the floor under the furniture, very accessible, which makes me wonder how often they deep clean the rooms. The bathrooms had no fan, just heating light. The bed was comfortable and looked clean. The balcony was nice. There is a pool house on the property but lots of mold was seen in it. Overall for a cheap stay, this place is decent. I think it's a fancy motel. Not like your standard hotel.

We walked into the lobby and were greeted with a smile and helped immediately. The staff were awesome friendly and helpful. Received keys which was funny I can’t remember the last time I used a key to enter a room. Upon entering the room we were hit by a heat wave. The heater was on full blast and made the room uncomfortable to be in. Our attention was immediately drawn to the gross hand printed and smudges all over the sliding door going out to the balcony. It was gross to look at. The room was otherwise clean.

Parking available. Right on the beach. Nice view. Heater system didn’t work so had to call maintenance. He fixed it within 20 min. The floor was a bit sandy. And we hadn’t gone to the beach- so that was a surprise. We got upgrades to a newer room- it was ok. Nothing special. Some of the remodeling was off. Bed was comfortable.

We had a phenomenal room overlooking the ocean and saw enjoyed beautiful sunsets and the moon reflection on the waves…only downsize…room above us wa moving table and chairs a ton and heard every noise the children made…

Terrible beds! Stayed here 2 years ago and actually had to move hotels mid stay because the beds were so bad. Didn’t realize I booked the same hotel again until I got there.. staff was so nice and let me go test out a few rooms (they said some rooms have new beds but they don’t keep track of which rooms) I took the best bed out of the 3 rooms we tried and it still sucked and we all wound up in pain. Rooms are huge, hot tub and pool are nice. Enjoyed the restaurant on site but do feel like a bait and switch. Definitely not as nice as the pictures on here make it other to be. But if it wasn’t for the awful beds, I would have been fine with the place, but will not make the same mistake again

Upon arrival the staff member said "oh you booked through expedia" then gave us the farthest away building which was like a motel 6, no view, dark parking lot. We asked for an ocean view and did not get anything close. This was also booked about 3-4 momths in advance. The property was fine, the restaraunt next door has very basic diner food, the bar area looks cool, they have a fireplace. We didnt get to hang out there though.

Thank you for your comment Richard. You did in fact book a Courtyard Double Queen Room. The description of the room is correct stating that is not an ocean view room which the rate reflects as well.

I took my two daughters here so that we could get some time by the ocean and try to bird watch. We were surprised with a plethora of birds to watch right outside on our balcony. And the best part was the s’mores kit they offer! They have relaxing fire pit area with several separate fire pits and it was so cozy! The s’mores kit included everything you need, roasting sticks, and they came out and lit the fire for me too! 10/10 for sure! And the restaurant food there was so delicious! Especially the fries ;)

I liked the ocean view from the room and the beach access. Rooms were nice only downside was the bed was uncomfortable started to hurt my back after a couple days.
