"Amazing location and very comfortable rooms. Staff is nice, food is average, the spa has a lot of options and great service, the mini market is very handy and activities are great for people with small children. Would have been nice to have a bit more animation in the evening for grown ups, all inclusive cocktails are unfortunately really bad quality and we didn't like that you had to pay an extra for the premium option. Overall it's a good value for money option, but not really a 5 stars. "

"Loved the waterpark esp for our son. Also the buffet for dinner was excellent, though the a la carte restaurants not so much. The room was spacious and clean with no carpet on the floor. Staff were excellent too, professional but friendly. The only thing missing was a bidet in the bathroom."

"We had a wonderful week at Elizabeth Suites, Epas is a welcoming and helpful host who can never do enough to make sure your stay is a good one. "A small family run hotel. The family, very friendly and knowledgeable. Short walking distance to beach. But swimming pool is excellent large and very clean. Will definitely stay here again. The one thing I would recommend for the hotel is that they invest in better coffee, making facilities and perhaps up the quality of the breakfast and charge a bit more which I’m sure everyone would willingly pay. Also lovely garden area around the pool. Excellent Taverna called Sterna Just across the road."

"The hotel is very clean, the area is nice, you have a bus station to Chania 3 mins away from the hotel. Did not try the nearby restaurants but you have a couple of options from what I’ve seen. The only complaint would be that you need mobile data since the Wi-Fi is very slow, but mobile data has good speed so I didn’t mind."
