A very nice stay

The reception was always helpful, when we needed any kind of advice. The room was perfect, and the cleaning was also spot on - with sweet and kind cleaning staff. The pool area and sun availability seems small when looking at the pictures, but in real life it was satisfying, and we didn't go a day without both options. We stayed there for 14 days, and was close to the city and harbor - the beach was a walk away, but alot of people there so sunbathing was done at the hotel.

This was a great place to stay! Dimitris and the rest of the staff were super accommodating and very helpful. They helped us organize rides to and from places in Chania when it wasn’t walkable and were very clear with their communication. Some of the nicest people to have as hotel staff. I highly recommend this place. It’s within walking distance to the old town, the beach, and restaurants in the city center. A great experience overall!

Absolutely loved my stay here. Room was perfect for one person. Great service from reception. Nothing was any trouble. Airport transfers perfect and the lady who does them was absolutely brilliant and very knowledgeable. Room was serviced everyday. Walk into the Venetian old port was about 10mins with loads of restaurants and shops. Walk to the beach was about 10/15mins depending on your walk speed. Christina beach was perfect for a day at the beach. Would highly recommend the hotel if you’re happy being away from the beach or town and don’t mind short walks. Bus station is 5 minutes walk away for going further if you wish too. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you again for a wonderful trip

To start, check in was easy and smooth. I had thought I got 2 quadruple rooms but one of them was triple. It’s tiny, with an extra bed and literally no space to walk. The quadruple room was very spacious. One of our rooms didn’t have a working AC and they kept saying they fixed it but they didn’t and the room was a sauna. The other room had a broken toilet seat and lid, we had to keep putting it back on. The reception area is TINY. I had 2 toddlers with nowhere for them to just roam. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone else with young kids. They also charged us a ‘country tax’ although our booking said everything was included. It wasn’t that much, but still.

Clean and modern stay in good location

Clean, modern and comfortable stay. The hotel is in a great location in the Chania new town. 5 minutes walk to the KTEL bus station and 10-15 minutes to the centre of town and to the harbour. Staff were friendly and helpful.

best value for city hotel in Chania

Ideally located on 5-10 minutes walk from the city center. Newly built/refurbished property. The room i got was very big and has big size balcony. Recommended for long stay in Chania city. Staff is very friendly. Rooms Big room with fridge, iron, sofa bed, a queen bed and a single bed. More than enough for a small family or for a couple if you prefer more space. Modern and clean Walkability 5 minutes walk from central bus station and main city. Lots of restaurants near by. Food & drinks Coffee maker and kettle with complimentary selection of coffees and tea. Complimentary bottles of water. No breakfast but can be arranged at extra cost. Noteworthy details Parking outside on roads. On Wednesdays they have a local market outside so no parking available till noon and a bit noisy in early morning. Hotel highlights Great value Cons. a bit long walk to beach

We booked 2 triple ground floor and we were given the same rooms on 4th floor.In the end this is a better option ,because on the ground floor there can be noise from people using the pool . We have requested a cot , which was written as an amenity on the description and they have informed us that they do not offer that . With our check- in, though , they managed to put us a protective fence on the one side of the bed , which in the end worked for our baby . The rooms are a bit small for triple , but they are modern and minimalistic . Cleaning was adequate on a daily basis . The room was also cool enough, without using a lot the A/C . Balcony was in normal size. Overall the hotel is nicely designed and well taken care of . The pool is a plus , although they can put a tent or some umbrellas on the space around it . We tried the breakfast on demand, once . For the price it had it could have been more rich, both in quantity and quality. The location of the hotel is good for reaching the city center on foot really fast . The area around is quiet and safe . The staff was polite and professional and we need to mention again that they manged to give us an immediate solution for not having a baby cot , which in the end made our stay pleasant and comfortable . We can definitely recommend this hotel for somebody who is looking to stay on more quite area ,close to the city center of Chania and the Old Town .

Visite Hania et autour

A 10-15 min de la vielle ville. En cette fin mai très facile de se garer le soir. Des mini supermarchés à proximité et marché dans une rue proche le mercredi (ne pas se garer) Immeuble à côté d'un parc et d'un terrain de basket: un peu de bruit dans la soirée mais silencieux la nuit ou le matin pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Salle de sport et table ping pong en sous-sol. Très propre, personnel efficace.
