It was listed as having cleaning service everyday but we got only towel change one day, a quick vacuum the second day and a bit more cleaning the third day. The beds and pillows are not comfortable. "Absolutely amazing hotel. Not only are the staff very welcoming and professional, but they really want to help and provide good service. One of our ovens broke in the studio room and a simple walk to the desk and our issue was solved in 5 minutes. What a wonderful experience it was. "
