"I stayed there twice during this trip and had the receptionist asking me the two times if my Canadian passport was the one I used to enter in Peru. She didn’t check anything on the computer and just made me feel profiled. My passport even had a stamp from customs and showed my arrival since I enter to Peru through the south border. She even asked about my dual citizenship which is completely irrelevant during my vacation. The staff need proper training to welcome guests instead of making them feel harassed. The rest was just amazing. Great area, very clean, well kept."

"Great staff - We landed Lima in the morning andvthe staff arranged us early check in at noon. Great location - The hotel located at the historic center which is few minutes walk to a lot of scenery. Well maintained Property - Although the property is a bit old but is properly maintained. Rooms, corridor and lobby are always clean. Fresh breakfast - All the food offered are fresh, delicious and more than enough."
