"It seems that the hotel is short staffed. Asked for coffee in the room and it never arrived. Asked for cappuccino at the bar and it arrived 30 minutes later and it was no longer hot. I think since the airport moved this hotel is having a hard time. We have stayed here often and have been very happy but...."

"Place has an excellent location very close to the Malecón, you can easely walk and be there in ten minutes or less. Staff was also very helpful and friendly. I expected better options when it came to the breakfast but thankfully there were many options and restaurants close to the hotel. Room was clean and fresh. The rooftop was really nice and has great views of the city. Will definitely recommend and stay there again if we ever visit Lima again."
