"We stanyed here for 5 days. Our stay was very nice close to transportation and bars and restaurants near us. the hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant connected to this place Johnny Ds and the food was very delicious there. The only thing I didn't like was the free breakfast included, there is a restaurant inside the hotel, the food was delicious however they are very short staffed and takes forever to get your food. so that was the only bad thing here."

"Food and drinks are pricey. A beer is $9. Yikes!! The Bear Claw cafe was so yummy!! The oat bowls were huge, the donuts were to die for!! EVERY single staff member we had contact with was amazing. Very good customer service, very accommodating, super helpful and beyond polite. The shuttle to the falls was awesome and so helpful. "

"This location was perfect for our family’s needs. We were able to walk to several attractions from this location, such as Niagara Falls state park, Rainforest Cafe, and the Seneca Casino. It was also super convenient to have food places located within the hotel for those late night cravings. The pool was a nice addition, and the staff was kind, allowing us to store our bags before check in time. The continental breakfast was also super nice and filling, as well as convenient. The hotel is located right next to the main downtown area where they hosted several activities and events for the summer. I would highly recommend this hotel for meeting our needs and more. "

"This is an older property and has been maintained well. We picked it for the 24 hour shuttle. They were great. Very clean, great front desk. We would stay again. . "
