"The hotel property and rooms were great for the price. The only two issues that I found were the parking (front desk personnel resolved the issue by pointing out alternative parking options) and there was no soap in my room, by front desk resolved that by giving me two bars. Other than that, it was a good stay and I would definitely book a room there again."

"Clean tidy room. Breakfast was basic continental. Easy to get to Niagara Falls. Sister hotel next door had a laundry you can use. One lift out of order which meant a delay in getting up and down."

"The staff was great and very welcoming when we checked in and out. We only had one person at the front desk that was a bit rude during our visit when we asked about leaving our rented mobility scooters in the lobby out of the way for a few hours. She said we needed to take them to our room. We did but it was a big hassle getting them in and out of the elevator. Later in the day we asked another front desk person and they told us we could leave them parked out of the way in the hallway for the night. The next day when we came back from our sightseeing we asked about leaving them plugged in to charged by one of the outlets our of way. We were told that was fine. We really appreciated that. Our room was very nice except that I feel that there should be a small night light in the bathroom because leaving the light on in the bathroom is a bit much even with the door just cracked open. Leaving the light on around the TV isn't the best options either. I feel that there should be grab bars in the shower in every room and the toilets are way too low especially if you are a taller person. The bed was awesome...got some great sleep each night. The parking was great as we were able to get a handicap parking space and didn't have to move the car our whole time there. We were also able to view the fireworks every night from our room. Overall it was a great vacation."

"Friendly staff! It all seemed well maintained, thought a few issues with the shower drain, but after letting staff know they quickly fixed it for us. The room did smell like smoke, but our friends in another room did not have the same experience- so I don’t fault the hotel. The water did have a funny smell in the sink and shower. Other than that, great for the price"

"Overall, it was a nice 2 day stay. 2 issues.... The settings for the a/c unit couldn't be used. We had to take what it was set at, and their breakfast wasn't available due to an "oven" problem."
