"Everything at the hotel was fabulous, the only issue we had was the morning we were checking out. We were due to check out at noon yet the housekeeper kept knocking on our door trying to get the room done. I don’t find this acceptable when we are entitled to stay in the room until noon. This was reported to staff member on reception who was fabulous. "

"The room was clean and tidy with everything we could want, the heating/Aircon was a bit noisy with a little one, but that was a minor thing. The shower wasn't the strongest but again, not a deal breaker, breakfast was great with lots of choice, attentive staff and plenty of space if you go early, we did notice that around 9am when we left there was a queue to get into the restaurant. Overall a great stay and we will likely be back next time we're in Edinburgh "

"An excellent stay and well worth the extra! Staff were helpful and friendly without having to ask things were done for you. Pool and gym was a great space, rooms were comfortable and homely. The hotel had a lovely feel an atmosphere that you didn't want to leave. "
