"I liked the hotel location and its access to dining. I did not like: No air conditioning The open windows brought a nice breeze but the open Brought in a lot of street noise that made it difficult to sleep"

Hotel is actually in Lower Largo right on the coast. Waves crash up against the sea wall. Lovely to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

It's not Leven, it's Lower Largo! A lovely historic harbour village with walk to village amenity, and easy access to the rest of the East Neuk of Fife and beyond.
