"The location could not be better. Very close to the train, restaurants and sea. I would recommend parking in Spezia and taking train in. The apartment is only a block away from the station. Parking in town is expensive. Would recommend the sunset cruise with Antonio Bellante of Crazy Boat Cinque Terre"

"The room was very clean, the AC worked wonderfully even during the hottest part of the year, the check-in process and instructions on how to find the property were effortless, and the host was very helpful and even helped get us some reservations at wonderful restaurants. "This stay was everything I needed. The staff was very helpful and considerate. My only advice to travelers is to consider taking a taxi to get there, as the walk from the train station (and vice versa) is about a half hour, mostly uphill."
