Stayed here for 4 nights whilst exploring the Cinque Terre - great restaurant nearby (Osteria La Carabaccia - booking required), and a couple of good grocery stores (Co-op and Basko.) Our hostess highly recommended a day out in nearby Porto Venere - and this was a very good recommendation! You can catch ferry boats here to the Cinque Terre villages.

We really enjoyed our stay, Francesca is a wonderful host, the breakfast is lovely lots of fresh produce and local delicacies. There are lots of lovely little touches that make for a comfortable stay. There is a wonderful bakery next door and a nice café, the nearby beach of Boccadasse has lovely restaurants. We found the hotel right in the middle of the town. surrounded by bars and restaurants and a lovely walk through shaded, busy, ally's in the old town. Close to the beach and the ferry to Portofino. Portofino is too busy and full of tourists. The rooftop bar was a revelation. Watch the moon rise over the bay sipping a cocktail. Spot on. No swimming pool, if you are that inclined. Parking is across the street. Had a lovely stay and will return.

We had a lovely room, very clean and had what we needed for a family of 4. It's in a very good location, with lots of supermarkets close by and it was about a 15 minute walk to the train station.

property was closed to the train station making it easy to get to, and get Cinq Terre. The apartments are very nicely decorated, an the a/c is fabulous! Just what you need in a summer heatwave! The kitchen is really useful. The hosts are very responsive and helpful.

Lovely room, great location right in central La Spezia, and easy access into Cinque Terre. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and available at all times to answer any questions, would highly recommend!

A great location if you wish to explore the riviera by car or train. Elena and Matteo were very welcoming and helped us with everything.

The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. The host was absolutely wonderful, incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The location was also perfect, just a short distance from the city centre. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at Rosy Suite B&B. The room was very clean, well laid out, and comfortably accommodated our family of four for a short stay. The amenities were great, with excellent air conditioning, a good TV, and a clean, modern bathroom with a really nice shower. The location was ideal, with easy on-street parking and a lovely setting. Staff was accommodating and available. Communicated well beforehand. Check in and check out was a breeze. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast simple but fresh. Beautiful view. Room wasn’t fancy - towels were more like light blankets . Town was authentic. One restaurant open and it was delicious. It was just a short overnight stay but really enjoyed it!

We absolutely loved this little guesthouse. We didn't know what to expect as neither of us had really stayed in a guesthouse before and we were staying in hotels for the rest of our travels. This place was wonderful. When you arrive, you think you may be in the wrong place as the guesthouse is part of an appartment block - but don't let that fool you! All good, strictly in lovely city center, Symbolic breakfast, you might find bit difficult to find a car park in town however generally very nice place, I would come back and strongly recommend 👌
