Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. Linton Lodge Hotel, BW Signature Collection

Linton Lodge Hotel, BW Signature Collection

8/10 Good
"This hotel is far from perfect. My room was a bit dingy and the heating didn't work. This would normally be a deal breaker for me but the staff was so nice and the place was oddly comfortable, so I liked it more than I should have. The breakfast was very good."
