"The property is very well maintained. The beach is beautiful and clean. All the staff are very helpful and attentive. The food, service and ambience at the Sea Salt restaurant is excellent. It is truly a wonderful experience to dine with the beautiful view of the morning sun and sunset. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4- night stay at the hotel and look forward to return again next year."

"Gorgeous property with kind, gracious and super helpful staff. Super clean, with continuous cleaning of all areas. Staff was very helpful to arrange car for airport pickup at midnight. Breakfast Buffet is not to be missed—outstanding!!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Hilton Bali Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Everyone was professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. The resort itself is beautiful, with stunning views, excellent facilities, and a fantastic atmosphere. The pools were outstanding and perfect for both adults and children. The beach access was also great and made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of high-quality food, and everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, the service, cleanliness, amenities, and hospitality exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire Hilton Bali Resort team for making our family vacation so memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Bali."

"This was our first trip to Bali, and we cannot express how thankful we are for the W Bali team for making this our best vacation experience yet! Every member of the staff interacted with was incredibly kind, hospitable, and professional. In our opinion, the staff was the greatest contributing factor to our positive experience. The amenities were outstanding! Our room left nothing wanting and service was prompt and unobtrusive. Even our ocean view room felt top-tier in terms of features. Each of the restaurants we ate at was high quality in terms of food as well as service. Recommend Fire for breakfast, and the seafood dinner at Starfish Bloo. The beauty of Bali speaks for itself, but if you are considering staying at the W, we highly recommend. We are confident you will not be disappointed!"

"From the moment we arrived, we felt like royalty; completely taken care of. The hotel staff were so dedicated to making sure our every need was met, in particular our dedicated curator, Cicilia, who deserves a special shout-out for going out of her way to get to know us well enough that she could tailor our stay to our liking perfectly. What truly made this hotel stand out were the staff, however it was only enhanced by all the thoughtful little details like the delicious welcome drinks, getting to choose which pillow mist for the turndown service, or the ice cool glass of water that shows up when you've been roasting on a lounger by the pool! The grounds and gardens were lovely and well thought out, and the layout of the hotel was unique and interesting, with multiple scenic routes to get anywhere, perfect for our complementary photoshoot! The spa was enormous and utterly peaceful, lots of massages and treatments to choose from and free use of the sauna and yet another, quieter pool hidden from the masses! Breakfast was excellent - importantly, reliably good croissants and coffee every day and consistently high quality food and plenty of options. Something for everyone. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and would return in a heartbeat. We had an absolutely unforgettable stay and genuinely found it heartbreaking to leave."
