"We had a great stay at Pine Cottage. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we were staying during the Canadian wildfires. Pine Cottage had masks for us to use outside while the air was poor. We enjoyed playing many of the games each afternoon as we drank our tea and ate the delicious cookies. We would definitely go back!"

"It's a great location with a view of Mackinaw Island. The bar/restaurant is large with outdoor setting and a complimentary breakfast. There's also a sandy beach with chairs and a nightly bonfire. It was our third stay and we'll be back."

"The staff wasn’t particularly friendly. Suggest having dry wood for the fire pits. How about offering free bikes to guests? Another suggestion for people who suffered thru the smoke, offer a return stay incentive of 20% off. After wanting to visit for ages it was so disappointing not to be able to see anything"
