"Wonderful part of the world. Fantastic and attentiv"

"My sister and I are visiting Bali for the first time for her birthday. This place was absolutely amazing. They have every detail covered and I have never experienced such incredible customer service. We are definitely coming back!!!"

"The Villa was so relaxing away from the busy life. It was far but it’s all worth it. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family when they visit Indonesia."

"This is a unique place - right inside the water palace - but it is in need of some improvements. Our room (pool villa) smelled a little moldy and things seemed a bit dated. We paid extra for the "free breakfast" option but had a very aggressive server at the restaurant insist that we had to pay. This dispute was eventually settled by management but it was a strange experience and quite uncomfortable. I do not think i would return or suggest this place to friends and family but if you really want...

"Vienna Beach delivered the goods!! We loved our stay!! The view is outstanding and we will absolutely recommend this accommodation and be back again!!"

"Extremely beautiful villa. Its a little out of the way but that’s also the best thing as you have full privacy. The staff are very very friendly and ready to help. Rooms are very clean, definitely gg to make a comeback to bali"

"Amazing resort. I highly recommend it and would happily stay here again"

"I loved this place! So cute and peaceful, would definitely recommend if you are in the area"

"The rooms were very old and smelled very musty. The sheets were not changed and had other peoples hair on them and they were dirty. The hotel with the pool by the beach was nice. The restaurant was just ok"

"It was really nice "

"Staff very good, room service well done, the room was great"

"A very pleasant stay👍👍"

"We had an amazing stay at Harmony. The room was lovely and quaint, the outdoor bathroom was a really cool touch and the included breakfast was delicious. Also had a cool little pool for an afternoon dip. Would definitely recommend!"

"This place is an amazing little find. The rooms were gorgeous, pool just enough, maybe need a couple more sunbeds."

"Relaxing villas away from the busy tourist area but close to the beach and several good restaurants nearby and on site. Well located for excursions including snorkelling and sightseeing. Excellent pool and setting. "

"Room was super comfortable. AC worked great. Enjoyed the outdoor shower. We lounged on our private front porch either at the table or lounge chairs. Cottage 7 had view of gardens, pool, and some of the beach. Just past the pool is the beach with excellent snorkeling rivaling Jemeluk for coral. Staff was super friendly and helpful."

"Clean room and helpful staff"

"What a beautiful little boutique hotel. The staff was unbelievably accommodating and friendly, even though they didn’t know very much English, we were able to communicate quite well. My only issue was there was a smell coming out of drain in the shower. But I don’t think that had anything to do with the hotels cleanliness just the sewer system in the area. I learned that everyone in this area knows everyone! So if you need anything, just ask them and they will find a way to make it happen! I...

"Great location and friendly staff. Novel outside bathroom"

"For 900k a night it’s bit steep. Rooms aren’t insulated so aircon struggles, beds rock hard, shower pressure is really low and place looks pretty sad and aged. Reception desk always empty, no one around to assist. Good location though and it is right on the beach so that’s a positive. Cafe 2 door down is good. Pool never busy."
