"This is a family run, first class hotel. The staff are efficient and friendly. The guest rooms we had were just first rate. A suite is really a suite. You cannot buy or manufacture old world European charm and hospitality. At this property these qualities are 4 generations in the making. This hotel never disappoints. The restaurant is just beautiful, with cuisine to match"

"Great new modern looking property, convenient to the tram, wonderful breakfast, super staff - only downside is the room was a bit dark. If coming from the train station, take tram 5, 21 22, 23 or 25 two stops to Stadtbucherie tram stop and walk 400 feet west very flat. If you want to go to old town, just hop on tram 26 about 200 feet from hotel."

"Staff was very helpful. They were friendly & knowledgeable. Room was clean. I liked the soaps & shampoo on the walls. One comment, breakfast was not included & was very expensive, especially since seniors do not eat that much to warrant the cost."
