"The lady who checked us in changed our room from one with a bathtub and shower to one with just a shower, so that out special needs son wouldn't sneak a bath in the middle of the night, against the pre-op instructions given to us. This accommodation made our stay so much less stressful, and we all got a good night's sleep, thanks to this helpful employee."
