"The staff members (front desk, bellhops, etc.) were all very friendly and helpful. We had a last-minute special situation to take care of and the concierge, Olivia, took extra time and effort to explain our options and help us make arrangements. The room we had was very clean and nicely appointed. Everything was working. Distance to Village gondola is awesome. Rooms and stairs to the Village could use a little more lighting, but that's true for most places."

"Hotel location and staff are the best. TV in room wasn't working. Breakfast menu was mid and repeat everyday. I highly suggest to upgrade the menu items to make it more family friendly. "

"Great location. You can walk over to the ski lifts. Nice hot tub and pool area. The kitchen only had one hot mitt, no scissors no condiments, etc.. I wish the kitchen was a little more stocked, but a great place to stay. "

"Property is undergoing renovation. Pool is closed. Sounds like it bas been this way for a long time. Room and bed seemed fine and clean but welcomes remodel. Breakfast was just so so. Waffles good. Eggs and potatoes soso. Rest was minimal continental all served in hotel lobby. Price of room was competitive though"
