A clean friendly town worth a visit on your way to Yosemite or beyond. Have stopped here twice and would gladly do so again.

I arrived at this motel in the middle of winter - very much out of season - to find it in the middle of being remodelled, so there was no office or any staff present on my arrival. Quite cabin with an easy 20 minute drive to canyon lodge. No issues.

There was no shade on one window that faced an outside stairway, the door was broken, the shower head was laying on the floor and the air/heat was not working. Victor fixed it all and Larissa at the front desk was great.

Good place to stop while visiting Yosemite National Park.
The only interesting place we can access to from Lee Vining was June Lake, Some other sights were either too far or closed due to snow.
