"The staff are really friendly and service is excellent. The room was spotless and clean but it was the smallest room we have ever stayed in and we could hear noises from the other rooms such as the shower and noises above. Having a mirror on the dressing table would make a huge difference when putting on make up and doing hair etc."

"Cloe the deputy manager was awesome! We had a medical event & she absolutely owned it! Rang 111 with us, relayed info,organised taxi to ED,showed that extra genuine care by sending us with water and biscuits, made sure the night porter knew we would need access & checked in with us in the morning extending check out without us asking! She did all this with professionalism and respect and led her team to give a seamless friendly & efficient service. Would recommend without hesitation and 5 stars!!"
