Fabulous location right next to the terminal. Nice restaurants. Welcoming and clean staff and lobby. Would definitely stay there again.

Not a very good area of Paris. I would not recommend it. Price was cheap for bed and breakfast.. Maybe fine for 2 nights but we were there for 5 nights. My children were scared walking in the area, especially at night.
