Wonderful staff, great location

The hotel is great with quirky styling and a down to earth atmosphere however, it's a trendy place to be and is open to non-residents who visit to enjoy the bar and free facilities. In the week we stayed it was a madhouse with young children, under 5's, running around out of control. It meant we couldn't enjoy the facilities as much as we would have liked. Super hotel, walking distance to main area of Flaine, hotel is clean and staff super helpful

A good family hotel along the main route to Cluses. You'll need a car or taxi to get to this hotel but this would be an excellent option. Clean rooms with modern bathrooms and a walking trail behind the hotel that takes a route to two sets of waterfalls. Very good food in the evening with the restaurant specialising in local produced, traditional food.

Really lovely cosy hotel. Our room had a balcony with amazing views of the mountains. The staff were all super friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel the staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, breakfast was really enjoyable with plenty of selection, location is a 10min walk to the center, plus side is the bus stop is right outside of the hotel that takes you straight to the telecabine

A little like an old school b&b but by the mountains 7 mins from lift and super friendly family! Lovely people lovely views and perfect for families

The hotel has been recently renovated, - completely, - and it shows. Everything has been done with the highest quality in mind, to suit the first class location right next to the central square of this beautiful town. The quality of the staff and the service seems to have been renovated too, and is excellent. We had a memorable stay. I will certainly return.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were very friendly and explained everything well at check in before showing us to our room. Room was one of their small ones so it was cosy, provided toiletries and coffee were good. We didn’t use the hotel amenities as preferred to be out and about so couldn’t comment further.

Lovely hotel, with very friendly staff. The rooms are to a high standard, despite being a little on the small side. However, the addition of a lovely balcony overlooking the mountains more than made up for the rooms size.
