I booked this at the last minute due to snow-caused flight cancellation. Arrived after midnight but check in was fast and courteous. Bed was bit too firm for me but was grateful that at least it wasn't the airport floor! My onward flight was cancelled again next day the very helpful receptionist gave me late checkout and free wifi all day at no charge, printed my boarding passes, and called a taxi for me when I had to go. We were very lucky and had a free room upgrade to a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. We have had many trips to Paris and I can honestly say this was the best room we have ever had. It was very spacious with everything you could want for a lovely stay. It was unique in that not only could you see the tower from the bed but from the shower too. This must be the best room in the hotel. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpfule and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Le Relais Montmartre is a beautiful "boutique" style hotel in the heart of Montmartre Village. The hotel not only boasts loads of Parisienne character and charm but it is also very warm and comfortable. It is perfectly positioned for Le Metro and for the lovely bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly and didn't laugh at our attempts to practice our conversational French! We would definitely like to return again sometime in the future.
