"The receptionist at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. I had two small grandaughters and a little friend of theirs. The receptionist was so patient with them. She was an awesome person. She smiled everytime we encounter each other. She was there when we checked in and then there in the morning. She was running the front desk, the kitchen and doung laundry. I applaud her and pray she gets a raise or something even better. We go all over just to swim. This is our place from now on. "

"The entrance from Main Street was not marked with any signs and NO lights. It was confusing because my GPS took me to Holiday Inn but I had a reservation at Holiday Inn Express. From the parking lot, we didn't see the Express sign but the staff person politely told us to check over the Express hotel."

"The property itself is very nice and modern. The entire property was clean and well maintained. The property is also very quiet. No noise from upper floors or outside. The room was nice but, wasn’t very big. The size was for ok 2 people but, would be cramped for more than that. The room views aren’t great but, for the price, it’s tolerable. It’s about a 10 minute trip to downtown St Joe, which isn’t bad. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. "

"The woman that always works 3rd shift, I believe she’s from Indiana originally, but she’s always so helpful, and very polite. She has great customer service! Everytime I stay here we always arrive super late, and no matter the time shes always very welcoming and never seems grumpy unlike other hotels when you check in late the employee working the desk is typically always grouchy, but her and I wish I could think of her name, she deserves a shining star! "
