Way overpriced for what it is. If you only a place for one night it’s fine. My issue was the shuttle service from the airport. I waited an hour and a half and called multiple times and ended up taking an Uber. There was 2 other people in the same situation because they don’t tell you a different shuttle with a different name on it will pick you up. I will never stay here again.

Only thing was I had to wait for my airport shuttle when I arrived at 21:30 it was 38 degrees so wasn’t very pleasant waiting for an hour and half. Problem was I did not have any cellphone coverage as I don’t have an international plan and came from Bahamas. Was a last minute booking and message them online but that didn’t work well had to call the number on the booking..

We stayed two nights. Coffee, tea and water always available. Excellent location. Walking distane to restaurant and shopping. Front desk staff wascsiper helpful. I would highly recommend.

Fine for what it is. a budget hotel near the airport, shuttles ran efficiently.. Not much to do in walking distance fast food and a mall. Nice helpful staff.

I didn’t know what to expect, was but was so pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff were; (Joe is the best!) & how clean the entire hotel was. I felt completely safe. They have a great laundry facility. (Bring lots of quarters) Costco literally next door! I have stayed at quite a few hotels by JFK , but I would definitely stay here again!

The gentlemen working front desk very rude, yelled at me because my reservation wasn’t in computer since I booked through Expedia at last min within the hour since my flight was cancelled after traveling for 24 hours. He said I should let people behind me go first since they prob had booked their reservations weeks ago . If he would have asked nicely I would not have had a prob with that I would have been glad to let the couple people behind me check in but how would I have had any idea that a reservation I booked an hour ago through Expedia would not show up immediately in his computer?? When I called him directly to book room he had no rooms avail with two beds and he told me shuttle back to airport started at 8 am. When I went on Expedia they had a room with two beds avail and stated 24 hour shuttle which we needed to be back at airport by 4 am. Coffee area dirty . I will say we had 4 hours to sleep and shower and that’s all we needed would have been upset if we needed it for longer for the price .

The photos used on Expedia website are from another place. The hotel is dingy, dirty, needs major renovation. The furniture in the lobby is not yellow and bright rather old sofas quite worn out. The furniture in the room also worn out. The carpets in the room disgusting. I would give this hotel maximum 3 stars.

We were trapped in New York due to flight delays out of Boston to JFK. Found this location through Expedia. Knew we made a good choice when we saw everyone else on the shuttle were airline crew. Shuttle direct from the terminal running around the clock made this a very easy choice! Five Town Inn will be at the top of my list anytime I need a hotel near JFK in the future.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Old rooms, bedding and TV. They did not even have an proper duvet blanket and we were freezing almost every night. We decided to try the heater, which was expelling dust and made the room super musty and stuffy. The area is not convenient if you`re looking for entertainment and good food. The staff were nice and the lady at the front is very friendly.
