"You get what you pay for. Beds have no privacy, blanket is incredibly thin, there's little to no sound isolation, and to be honest the rooms smell kind of bad. "A city view room was booked but we ended up with a nice internal view of a wall out the window. Room was like a premier inn at most; very small- reception unsmiling and pointed out we were having a “complimentary early check in” at 1330 - check in time was 1400! "Staff was nice and friendly and very helpful. They were able to give us an early check in since we arrived so early. They even upgraded our room to a private floor and bigger.
