The front desk staff was pleasant and friendly. The rooms are a decent size. We had two family rooms. The decorating is not up to date and the appliances like the hair dryer are also dated (no big deal, every thing was functional). "The hotel staff were outstanding. Not just one person, but everyone who works there. They always had a smile and were willing to help in any way they could. It was nice to receive a public transportation pass for me and my wife for the duration of our stay. We will book this hotel again the next time we come to Lausanne."

"If arriving by car, beware. Two lanes of taxi rank in front of hotel. No where for us to park. Had to find a public car park, then walk to hotel to check in. Staff advised us to park just off footpath then unload bags from car. Then given instructions of hotel accredited car park which is a 8 minute walk away. If arriving by train, no worries, as station opposite hotel. Think that hotel website could give forward warnings of car parking situation in advance."
