The hosts are lovely and the rooms are done up to a very high standard. Great area too!

The hotel is beautifully decorated and furnished and, being quite new, in pristine condition. Very convenient for all the town has to offer, and the attached restaurant even offers room service.

Good location for exploring the eastern side of The Melbourne area, Phillip Island, Mornington Peninsula etc, Modern hotel with plenty of space. The restaurant was closed for refurbishment during our stay.

Room was nice, spacious and clean. The hotel/pub at the front was run down and the restaurant was more like a school canteen. The food was great but sadly we had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes for it, after over an hour I asked a member of staff if our meal was nearly ready, her reply was, we are busy! She then came back and told me the chef was waiting for the prawns to cook!!! Had we been told there would be such a wait we would have gone elsewhere. The room had everything you could need...

This has to be one of the best, if not the best, motels we have stayed in. The rooms are stylish, the beds comfortable, the wifi fast, the breakfast good and well presented. Thank you. If we ever come this way again (from Scotland!) we would come here again.

The Motor Inn equips with everything you can think of, plus excellent services. We arrived pass midnight as travelled from Phillips Island after the Penguin Parade. Despite we have UK mobile numbers and couldn't contact the owners and the owner couldn't contact us, the owners have left all the instructions to the security for us to access our rooms without problem. Friendly staff. Good internet. Walkable to restaurants

Lovely hotel, exceptionally clean, chocolates and biscuits were a nice touch. Aircon heater in one of our rooms was slow to warm and noisy but otherwise everything was great.

Excellent location and very helpful staff.Your website does not say that the on site restaurant is only open on certain days of the week.
