Housekeeping did not clean my room for several days during my 1 week stay the week of May 6th. I complained to the Head of Housekeeping who agreed to refund me for the last night of my stay. Over 2 weeks have passed since I stayed there and I have not received the refund. I called myultiple times and everyoen tiold me I should receive the refund by May 22. I called today on May 23rd and the lady who answered the phone was rude and said that there is no record of a refund for the nights stay. She is trying to tell me that they only agreed not to charge me the $57 resort fee. This is NONSENSE!! The resort is extremely overpriced and I would expect the room to be cleaned DAILY! I have been staying at this resort several times per year, but this was my last stay there for sure. Poor service, and BS excuses. There are tons of resorts in Vegas- stay somewhere else! The Wynn next door is newer and nicer with better service and their rooms get cleaned daily!

We did not receive our $25 drink voucher and the restaurant Grand lux) service was not great on day 2. First waitress was a joy but second waiter for Sunday was awful.

Beautiful rooms. Beautiful hotel. Its centrally located so its easy to get onto the strip. The pools are gorgeus and there are lots of food options.
