I loved my room and the sexy feel it give. It was dark and cozy, great ambiance. I actually enjoyed the hotel, Drai's nightclub and beach club. My disappointment came at check out when I was charged an additional $156.30 for "incidentals" of which I did nothing to incur this charge. I didn't order anything, touch or use any of the snacks etc in the room- so I have no idea where this additional fee came from1 I expressed my concerns with the front desk and was still charged. I doubt that I will return to this property.

I paid for an upgraded view that was of the parking garage then clogged sink so they switched us to a room with a better view (according to the lady at the desk) and it was a worse view. Again I paid for upgraded view and didn't get one. Also they said a room was ready and I could pay for early check in? Now you'd think for a returning customer they would help you out, but they don't care if you are returning customer or not! They have no room service or pool. If you stay up late when the club gets out you will see tons of people fighting and tons of police. Go stay any ware else as this is no longer the place to stay. again the twitchy manager was not helpful at all and told me to stay elsewhere if I wasn't happy (instead of trying to fix your own customer service!).

The casino spray used to mask the odors made me sick to my stomach. I threw up from being nauseous within hours of checking in. Not to mention that I was charged a deposit that I was told I would be reimbursed & never was.

This property was very unorganized. Fiancé & I got there an hour after check in & they gave away our King size room. They put us on the 6th floor 628. It was filthy. Bandaids, cigarettes, a bag over the fire alarm, hair on the bed, & the bathroom ceiling was leaking & mold on the wall. We went to the front desk & they sent a porter instead of housekeeping saying they all left early. It was horrible & the parking was not right. Parking $18 a night. We booked there for god sakes, at least could of had free parking. This experience was the worst.
