I expected a luxury hotel. Unfortunately, no amenities were provided with the suite I booked. No bathrobes or slippers.no free water and coffee. Water was $25 a bottle. Coffee in your room is $16….and it was awful. Horrible room service, I ordered it twice and the food was NOT edible. Fabulous restaurants on property so I expected room service to be decent…..nope. They also charge $45 a day for amenities I didn’t need or use. Definitely NOT a luxury hotel. Won’t stay here again.

Super limited room service. Room was only cleaned once during our 5 day stay. Strict 11 am checkout. Mini bar sensor charged me for a 25 dollar bottle of water, when all I took was the 16 dollar coffee kit and used my own bottle of water. I removed the coffee with the hands of a surgeon so as to not to disturb anything else. I frequent Vegas often...there are better options at the other end of the strip run by companies that know how to execute a phenomenal customer experience.

Using any part of the mini fridge was an extra charge. Seen a bit unfair not to have any space for personal items. Tv set up was old and no option for streaming sites. Thought that could have been better.

Great location for families. Walkable to Tournament of Kings dinner, Mac King magic show, Jabbawockeez, Aquarium and other things. The pool was great as well. The room was great and had a door separating the rooms, but the couch was not a pullout so bring a camping mattress or you have to pay $40/night for the cot. The only thing I didn't really appreciate was the refrigerator. It is completely useless for 2 reasons. First, it costs $50 if you put anything personal in it because of weight sensors. Second, the price of the items in it. For families, you need a spot to keep items cold, especially with babies and other little ones. I would stay here again, but I'd bring a collapsable ice chest to keep some things cool.

Luxurious property with very spacious and clean rooms. Self parking and rideshare pick up were conveniently located near the lobby. Tons of food and entertainment options in Mandalay Bay and surrounding properties. Overall excellent, high end and quiet place to stay while still being on the strip.

We stayed at the Delano for few days. This is not our first time in Vegas. We were in shock to find out that on top on our daily property charge of $50US we had to pay $17 (daily) to use the in room coffee machine. Water kettle was an extra $ too. Pool: Their pool is quite far! You need to walk for about 15 minutes passing by restaurants and casinos to get to the pool. Staff: Were all very polite and kind. Rooms: Good size and clean. Beds are comfortable.

I've never been to a 5-star hotel that doesn't offer room slippers even though the floor is carpeted. And they don't let me bring the towels provided by the pool to the room. I have to pass through the casino from the pool to the Delano hotel room, I came all the way to the room in my wet swimsuit. I think this is right if it's a 3.5 star grade hotel
