So me and my girl was staying in this hotel and everything was good until it wasn’t we were sleeping and at 1am somebody just walked in while we were sleeping he didn’t get a chance to get in because I ran up and yelled he acted like he didn’t speak English and it was horrible so we got our room switched because my girl was scared to stay in that room so we got our rooms switched and the next room was so horrible it was dirty there was so much chocolate on the desk the floors didn’t look like they were vacuumed at all

We paid extra and were told that we would have adjoining rooms and they were down the hall from each other. The lifeguards were extremely rude while we were gathering our things to leave the pool at 5:54 pm and when my brother forgot his shirt, they told him it would be at security and it wasn’t. And it was an expensive shirt

Had a great stay at The Strat! Stayed with my group for 5 days here. Conveniently located across the street from the shuttle stop for the festival I attended. Staff was accommodating and able to place me and my friend’s room next to each other. The room itself and clean and comfortable. The blackout curtains were a huge plus. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Vegas!

If you need late check out, don't book here. We asked to pay more for late check out and they would not let us, which is fine... But they told us to call at 7 am the day of check out to request late check out- rather than just telling us no right then and there. Also there was a water leak from the room above ours and the ceiling in the room ballooned down and started to leak into our room, luckily our ice chest caught the water, but yikes.. I hope it wasn't toilet water. Totally gross.

The room I wanted was nothing like the room we stayed in; definitely gave more motel than hotel vibe but the rest of the hotel was amazing, clean and modern! Loved the pool, the stray tower and restaurants

Checked in along with my two friends. After them it was suppose to be me but i got cut in line from another guy. Customer service guy didnt say anything end up helping the guy. Pretended he never saw me in line. I mentioned it to him about me getting cut in line and he should of helped me first but he started raising his voice and telling me that i had attitude. After everything i got the keys to my room got up to the room the room was a whole mess. Looks like someone was still in the room or staying in the room. Went back to customer service to get a new room. Terrible place terrible workers sadly I had a bad experience there will not be booking there.

When I requested hotel I asked for 2 queen beds. I got a king. There were 3 of us so it was not gonna work. I called front desk lady said they were sold out and I asked how would 3 people sleep in a bed she said I don’t know. She was so rude. Went down to front desk, guy there told me Expedia messed up request and I would have to pay extra and deal with Expedia. I walked away went back to front desk another person accommodated me no questions asked. I got 3 different responses. The last lady was so nice found us a 2 queen room and didn’t charge us. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The air conditioner in the room makes significant noise that I could not get good rest. The working staffs do not have good attitude and very impatient. I also paid for a room upgrade but highly doubted I got what I paid for. I would not come back again

have to pay $20/night for parking after already paying for room, sketchy guys walking around catcalling you, feel unsafe walking around the casino alone, expensive starbucks(over $10 for one venti frappuccino and you have to pay for a cup of ice), everything is expensive or inconvenient to get to

Was my 8th time in Vegas and the only time it wasn’t a blast. They put us in a room that wasn’t the one on the site and it was like a dim lit cave. Ronnie at the lounge was they rudest bartender I’ve ever had! My wife said she’ll never go back to Vegas because of our experience at the strat This was just the tip of the iceberg! Ohhh and 151$ and some change charge to my debt card from the strat 3 days after we got home! Thanks Strat and Expedia! Probably won’t 3rd party book either again!

Poor restaurant options and service. Hvac in room barely worked because filter looked like it has never been changed. Homeless people also lingering around casino floor. 10 min wait to get an elevator up to room.

The price being charged for rooms at this property and the quality of rooms DO NOT MATCH! Unbelievable price for rooms that very much needs renovation ASAP! I expected so much more. I would not spend my money here if I ever come back to Las Vegas.
