The property needs to be upgraded like Circa and needs to get rid of the smoke , Across from the property , the other hotel cleaned up its smoky dusty interiors and put a food hall- modern one, nice, Four Queens was like four pawns on poverty. 4 queens needs a touch of Fountainbleau right now

We didn't know that it was Cinco De Mayo when we arrived. Our room was smack dab above the bands playing. It was so loud our room was vibrating when we tried to go to sleep at about 1:30 a m.. The next night it was not as loud, but it was louder than we had anticipated. I mentioned it to a staff member and the front desk was kind enough to move us to a different room for the last 3 nights. All and all, we had a reasonably nice stay, all things considered, after our room change. The front desk, the waitress's, and the bartenders made us feel very welcomed. Thank you

As soon as you walk in the lobby, you are hit with old and new smoke smell. When I went up to the room it was ok. The tv did not work the lamp did not work. I called down to the lobby and they said ok we will check on it. No maid service and the hot water lasted for about 15 mins. Called down for room service for 3 cups of coffee and could I please get clean towels they told me it would be 3 hours before they could get there and we never got the coffee and when I called again about the towels they gave me a bundle of towels tied up by some thin rope. Do not stay there.

I did not like that the night that I got there I did not have no towels and when I asked for them, I could not get any even when the staff come in at 10 o’clock they made me go to the front desk

Right smacked in Party Central. Not for people seeking peace and quiet at night. Self parking is a minor inconvenience. There’s no direct access from garage to check in counter. Needed to use elevator to get to street level….then a short walk to the hotel front desk.

Our rooms were very clean and well equipped. Nice to have a mini fridge and safe. Bed was comfortable. Yes u can hear noise outside, but duh.. u are on freemont st in vegas!! If u do not want to hear noise, dont go to vegas or stay outside of downtown or the strip. Very convenient to everything and tons of food options close

Our premium room in the South Tower was great! We had a good view with not too much street noise. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great casino and restaurants. Close too everything!....mostly by walking. I'll stay again!

The staff was so helpful and kind. I appreciate that there were eating options within the hotel. I will definitely be staying at the 4 Queens again. This hotel was recommended to us by Deb and Angela and I am thankful. The bellman when we checked out before Bell Trans picked us up to take us to the airport was so kind and helpful. The only issue we had was with the TV sound not matching up with the picture. No complaints though.

We had tv problems they said it was the provider so we couldn’t watch th lower channel the voice was off asked for a new room or a discount they said it was the hole hotel

This is the worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed at. The music and partying on Fremont was so loud! Came right through the windows and lasted until almost 5am. The curtains didn’t close all the way so as the sounds died down the bright sun came right through the windows. The property is very old, worn out and dirty! This place needs to be torn down ASAP! staff was super nice though

We arrived on Wednesday afternoon. While there was no line for check-in the staff was very short with us and not very friendly. We pre-booked our room but we're told that our tower and room type weren't available for us. We were book in a double queen over and king room in the south tower off the Fremont Street Experience. Our room was fine for sleeping but disappointing for most other things. Local TV stations didn't have clear audio and were very choppy and unable to use. The sink in the bathroom would constantly back up. Finally the night Latch on the door was broken. Overall, it wasn't the worst stay but definitely not the best place we've stayed in Vegas either.

I actually enjoyed the Fremont area. There is not much that can be done about the areas around Fremont late at night or early morning rock concerts but it was definitely a cool change of pace
