"Pros: The hotel sits on a long, wide and beautiful stretch of beach with an amazing view of the bay. Best in Play la Ropa. The grounds and gardens are beautiful and extremely well maintained. Beautiful tall palm trees throughout the property. The pools are nice and they have a separate pool for adults only. The rooms are modern and well appointed. The housekeeping staff is absolutely fantastic. They clean the room in the day and come in the evening to refresh towels and turndown. Housekeeping is best in class. The hotel has tennis courts and a gym although it is a bit small for the size of the resort. Cons: It is expensive and there are other fees. In addition to the room rate the hotel charges a "property fee". When I ordered from the room service menu the food arrived with a "delivery fee" in addition to the stated price on the menu and then they want an additional tip. The reception person at check in was not very welcoming. All she wanted was a credit card and signatures. No one walked me around to show the property. Felt more like checking into the college dorm. The property sells day passes to the public so the pools and beach may be filled with people not staying there making it crowded and less peaceful. Changes the feel of the resort. My room was a ground floor lagoon suite, not very much natural light and the patio and plunge pool sat right on the cart path so no privacy at all. Noise from above was noticeable. The food was just average."

Aunque los cuartos están limpios y bien mantenidos, no tienen pantallas que apliaciones para utilizar servicios de streaming. El personal muy amable y con buena actitud. La comida en los restaurantes de buen sabor y calidad aun que un poco caro."

"The hotel is amazing. It has only 3 rooms but the comfort is great. When we got to the hotel they were already waiting for us. Raul the hotel manager gave us an upgrade. The room was amazing. The bedroom and living room was huge. The bed was comfortable. And then there was the bathroom. It had a very large ante room with a table, chair and a small refrigerator and plenty of space to hang clothes and stored them. The restroom had a nice shower and a two shower heads with individual faucets. The toilet was good and there was also a wall with vegetation which made it look amazing. The outdoor had an individual small pool. And an outdoor shower. But the best thing was the view. Nothing like. We loved our room and enjoyed being there. We will definitely come back again. Thanks again to Victor and all the staff for their attentiveness. "
