Great, quaint hotel, incredibly well maintained, lovely pool with plenty of room and service around the pool. Location was perfect and far enough from the town centre to be quiet. Hotel staff was friendly and efficient. Will definitely stay there again.

Awesome Stay

Our stay was incredible. Amazing space, increíble beautiful the free from the small private pool, which was as well a Jacuzzi. Loved it and will be back for sure.

This hotel is a great location to walk to the marina IF guests are able to walk on old stone streets. The area around seems very sketchy but the hotel itself is quite nice and the view is great! The restaurant food and service is excellent as well. We are very happy with our choice of Villa del Pescador.

This is a quaint boutique style Mexican hotel that we would return to without question. Hotel staff, food, and amenities were outstanding and very close to Zihua Centro by walking. We hope to return.

We love Villa Del Pescador. There is so much to love about this hotel. It’s quaint, clean and friendly. The view of the bay from the rooms is amazing. This hotel has old school Mexican charm! We will definitely stay again.

Great location

Overall, great stay. The place was probably a luxury hotel in the day, but today it has passed its prime. Nonetheless , the service is super, staff extremely attentive and the location spectacular.

Absolutely spotless. Daily service amazing. No matter what I requested it was provided with a smile. The pools and restaurant were wonderful. When I come back to zihua this where I will stay. Not a single whiff of a bug which is usually a problem in smaller Mexican venues

Quaint but exhausting

No elevators. Stairs are steep. We were there early March 2024. Pool was not heated. Very noisy because of the surrounding restaurants and the town. Nice views and staff was pleasant.

Nice big rooms with fridges and a deck providing beautiful town and bay views. Clean. Nice pool area with lounge chairs right beside the restaurant. Staff helpful and responsive. We didn’t eat much at the hotel but a couple of restaurants just next door were excellent and the shops and restaurants of Centro Zihuatanejo are a short 10 minute walk away. Only drawback is music noise from the city projects loudly at night towards the hotel and the poolside music was also too loud at times however staff did turn it down when asked. I would recommend staying here.

Lots to Love Here

Lots about this hotel that we really liked. It was friendly, clean, quaint and comfortable. Food and service were really good. The view of the bay was amazing! The down side was the reception area needs a little work and more welcoming in looks. There were lots of stairs from street to our 4th floor room. The hotel is a bit off the beaten path. Not close to Calle Adelita or La Ropa areas. Not too bad of a walk into town though. Great place if you are looking for a quiet stay and don’t mind stairs.
