Langkawi Trip

J’ai passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel au Arch Studio à Langkawi ! Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueilli avec un grand sourire et une incroyable gentillesse de la part des réceptionnistes. Leur professionnalisme, leur disponibilité et leur attention constante ont vraiment rendu mon séjour inoubliable. Je tiens à les remercier du fond du cœur : ils représentent à eux seuls l’excellence de l’hospitalité ! L’hôtel est d’une propreté irréprochable, chaque espace est parfaitement entretenu et donne immédiatement une sensation de confort et de bien-être. Les chambres sont spacieuses, modernes, bien aménagées et décorées avec goût, offrant tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir comme chez soi tout en profitant d’un cadre hôtelier de qualité supérieure. Tout est pensé pour le confort des clients : des installations pratiques, une atmosphère chaleureuse et un service vraiment attentionné. On ressent que l’équipe met beaucoup de soin et de passion à satisfaire les voyageurs. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui souhaitent séjourner à Langkawi. My stay was satisfactory, although it did not fully meet my expectations based on the pictures presented on Expedia. The showerhead did not function properly, which was disappointing. However, I would like to commend the staff for their friendliness and helpfulness throughout my visit.

Nice hotel with a very good pool. My main issue is the lack of decent air conditioning. This was manageable in the rooms as they also had large fans but completely inadequate in the fitness room. This was a glass room facing the sun for most of the day and the air conditioner barely put out any cold air leaving it a dangerous temperature to workout. It’s a good hotel in other aspects but if you want to use the gym during your stay choose somewhere else.

The grounds of the hotel were absolutely stunning and immaculately maintained. All the staff were extremely polite, approachable and friendly. Both the Spice Market restaurant and the Pelangi Grill were beautiful and reasonably priced. All round, a stunning hotel, fantastic experience and I would not hesitate to rebook here again in the future
