"The staff was hit or miss; at check-in, they had a hard time making keys. They chalked it up to a machine issue. Since I checked in and mind you, I was there for 14 days; one of the elevators was consistently not working, and at some point, someone had gotten stuck in there for about 20 minutes. ..."

"Would never book here again.. drove 12 hours and when we got into the place it hardly looked cleaned. No one ever came to restock the toiletries or towels etc. Extra sheets that were given for the pull out couch literally had cigarette burn holes in them and there was a sheet left on the pull out ..."
