The hotel is situated just outside Lucca and is beautifully maintained with lovely rooms and a truly beautiful garden with swimming pool. The house is in a beautiful location and the standard room was very clean when we arrived. The picnic hamper is a nice addition and came in very handy. And the bed was very comfortable. My only negative opinion was we booked a 11 night stay and could only have the room cleaned if we paid an additional €20. I would have liked clean towels and a basic room clean at least once while we were there for a longer stay. But overall a lovely place in the real Tuscan countryside.

We enjoyed our stay in Lucca over six days having taken Easy Jet to Pisa and taken the local bus from the airport to Piazzale Verdi, within the citadel, with a ten minute walk to the albergo close to it's sister premises Albergo San Martino. Amazing stay! Loved the apartment, spacious with everything we needed, comfy beds & very clean. Wine from their vinyard in the room was a lovely touch and we enjoyed a couple of bottles in the evenings we were there as well as a wine tasting and tour.
