" Bed and linens were a perfect 10, clean and soft. We were upgraded to a suite which had a living room and second tv. The cookie choice on arrival was sweet and we enjoyed the breakfast which had a variety of breakfast sandwiches to pick from plus they had a few hot options and the waffle stations.The hotel could use a bit of a refresh but everything was nice and clean. My son loved the lobby area which was decorated for the holiday season. We were across the street from the outlets but did not have time to stop."

"Everyone was so nice. Hard to find nice people! We were there 3 days and front desk “Zoe”, house keeping 4 th floor and coffee/ breakfast staff couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. If you could learn to control the “wind”, it would have been awesome. Haha! Thank you for the man who took care of the hot tub. It was something I was looking forward too. This was awesome ! The staff here should get a raise, they go up and above. Thank you to them!"
