From the time we arrived until we checked out, Joy and the staff were pleasant, accommodating and professional. The room was meticulous and the beds very comfortable. Coach House behind our building along with surrounding gardens were inviting and pretty.

This is a very very very wonderful place to stay. The things we like the most are the location of the property (next to the Amish villages, the beautiful countryside), the number of pools, the fish lake, and the mini golf field. In addition to these, we were touched by the warm and human reception we received from the property's personnel. Moreover, the hotel provided a bus tour in the vicinities of Lancaster with stops at numerous locations where one could buy souvenir items, food, and learn more about Lancaster through the beautiful verbal presentation of the bus driver during the tour. We will only stay at this place for our upcoming trips to Sights & Sound.

Very clean, Inn keeper very friendly and helpful, called sister inn to assist with luggage, provided water to offset high temperatures. Breakfast was good, but nothing special. Only issue was not enough lighting in the room making it difficult to read.

Great adult only inn. Staff is friendly, the inn is historic and charming. Very good breakfast and the the little extras they provide the guests with makes the visit special
