Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hotel Timila. The staff were so helpful throughout our stay. Check-in was seamless. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed hanging out at the terrace too. Stone’s throw away from Patan Durbar Square.
The restaurant downstairs is excellent.
We had to leave early hours to catch the bus to Pokhara, they made us packed breakfast to bring along. 5-star hospitality. Thank you team Hotel Timila. See you next time :)

Loved this little boutique hotel in Patan, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the location is perfect for the must-sees in Patan and the breakfast was amazing! There are no catering facilities on site but breakfast is included with the cost of the room and is taken at a fabulous cafe about 2 minutes walk from the hotel.
The hotel is small but the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated in the heritage style.

Clean and comfy place, with great view of the city (provided you get a room on the higher floors). But the best part is the staff - helpful , warm and courteous.

Great location, around 100 metres walk to Patan Durbar Square. Very atmospheric building, lovingly restored. Sure, it has low ceilings in the old part but you know that when you book it. Really helpful, friendly staff and mighty fine breakfast.
Was tricky to find initially, but that was our fault.

A really beautiful hotel with a great cafe restaurant.
Attic room was very special with great proportions that had been sensitively decorated.
Staff were incredibly helpful.
Would highly recommend.

Beautifully-restored Nepali architecture and rooms. Not good for tall people as the ceilings were low and the flip side of feeling immersed in Patan life is that it can be a bit noisy (bring earplugs!) Highly recommended.

I had a really great stay in the Juddha Villa, the room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The villa itself had a really nice homely feel to it and it was nice to have access to a kitchen. All of the staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful.

I spent a lovely two nights at Shakya House. All of the staff were very friendly, especially the owner. I stayed in the Green Tara room (twin) - the mattresses were very comfortable, the room was very clean and had some lovely furnishings. The bathroom is clean and has a very hot shower. There is a pleasant self-service breakfast room with fruit, breads, eggs, cereals, tea and coffee. At the front, there is a lovely, peaceful garden. The location is 10 minutes' walk to Durbar Square which means...

Hotel booking websites often show a complete difference between the pictures and reality, but this hotel is just as clean and stylish as the pictures show.
The towels, bed sheets, and bathroom are new and clean.
The laundry machine is free to use, which is a big help.
The internet is fast.
The security was very secure and safe.
And most importantly, the owner was very nice and helpful.
