"Checking in was a very unpleasant experience. There was a problem with the prepaid reservation made through Hotels.com, and the reception staff rudely refused to fix the problem, instead suggesting we book another room and pay double. Refusing to help in any way, the staff even falsely denied that they used this booking service, leaving us to contact the booking provider ourselves while they watched passive-aggressively. "The property was good, but when I gave a feedback on a nonfunctional door. manager got offended and wanted to prove i didn’t know how to use. He demanded I must accompany him to room to show me how to use the door. But when he saw the door was not functioning, he ended saying sorry and promising he will fix the door.
