"We arrived late and was able to have our choice of the 3 rooms left. Still good parking near our room. Pool is not the biggest but the kids had a blast in the pool. Flooring could use some attention. Flooring had buckled from the moisture in the bathroom and had some severe scratches near the fridge but easily ignored for the price. Room itself was clean and beds made. Loved having Pizza Factory across the street. There is also a KFC across the street but who is driving all the way to bishop CA and eating at KFC LOL."

"We were excited to stay here because of all the amenities and unique no charge rental items available to guests. But the lack of a clear procedure and policy left us disappointed. The rooms have a modern cabin vibe - afar they look really nice - up close not so much. The floors creak, feel gross, and seem like corners were cut to "update" the rooms. The bathrooms have been updated BUT the tile floor does not get a thorough cleaning. The coffee station was whack. They provided coffee designed for a Kuerig like machine but only had a hot water heater like tea kettle = weak coffee. There was also no outlet near the coffee station so we had to boil on the nightstand. Staff were nice but also directled us to find answers online rather than just telling us. We wanted to utilize some of the rental items. The site is a little confusing, would have been nice to just go to the front desk to reserve. They also didn't know where their rentals were when it was our rental time."

"The location was perfect. The rooms were clean and relaxing. We did multiple hikes around the property and loved it. The food was great and the staff were very helpful. We especially enjoyed Zach at the bar and his food recommendations."

"All furnishings are old, dated, and worn. What they advertise as "breakfast" is a joke! Coffee isn't hot, the offerings are sparse, and more prep/display tables are needed in the "dining" room. I won't return until remodeling has been completed."
