"We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The location was excellent, the two men at the front desk were kind and helpful, and the breakfast was good. However, the housekeeping service was disappointing. Our room was not cleaned properly during our stay. The bed sheets were never changed, there was dust on the furniture, and the bathroom was not cleaned at all."

The swimming pool was closed for construction and we weren't notified beforehand; because of this, there was a lot of dust in the common areas. The hotel's general infrastructure feels a bit poor, and the breakfast is extremely basic with very little variety. It has potential, but as long as there is no pool available, I do not recommend staying here"

"Loved this place SO much! We were in cabin 16 - a studio with a lake view. It was perfect in every way and had the most comfortable bed Ive ever slept in. Like sleeping on a cloud! We come up to Twin Lakes multiple times per year in our trailer - which is great - but after this experience, itll be hard not to stay at The Lodge!!"
