"The property is beautiful, the staff is great. I love this property for an occasional get away. I rank them as a 3 star PURELY because of the surprise resort fee on check in. My Orbtiz reservation did not show this fee. This is a premier property, it is a shame that a nice property nickel and dimes vs simply having clear pricing. I would have happily paid the total price including the fee, it just feels slimy to have a surprise $35 fee on check in for things that are a normal part of a booking (wifi etc.) Just be transparent and include the fee in booking, a resort like this shouldnt have to do slimy gotcha fees"

"We had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Seattle North – Lynnwood. The location was very convenient for our plans, which made getting around easy. Breakfast was a highlight: good variety, fresh options, and well maintained. Our room was spacious and worked well for our family of three plus a toddler, which we really appreciated. There were a couple of minor drawbacks. The bathroom fan was quite loud, and while I used the gym in the morning, it was fairly limited in equipment—okay for a light workout, but very basic. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, especially for families, with a solid breakfast and good room size."
