"The breakfast menu was great - only lacking bacon! Our grandchildren immensely enjoyed the pool, hot tube, waterslide and spill buckets. We stayed for three nights and had them stay with us the last night as we left Quebec at 5 am. The pull down bed was excellent! I believe our room was for handicapped guests, which we are not, so it meant a shortened tub and a small counter in the bathroom."

"We secured a last minute booking when our plane was cancelled and had an extra day in Quebec but was too early to get in our room. The front desk clerk offed to hold onto our bags so we could go sightseeing in Quebec. Upon our return, we needed a place to eat but had no card. The night clerk suggested several local delivery restaurants and pointed out his favorite. Then we had a 4AM airplane, and the front desk made a note to call and book cab for our airport ride. They even had a coffee and a roll for our early morning trip to the airport. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Would definitely book here again. "

"You should've seen the shower, lots of black stain at the bottom. I asked to switch room, which they granted. But the second room had a humidity smell. Therefore, I asked to be reimbursed and they did. The staff, Candy, was very nice. "

"À notre arrivée, j’avais laissé trois messages en courriel à l’établissement afin de demander si il y avait une possibilité de pouvoir avoir une arrivée active. À notre arrivée, malheureusement personne dans l’établissement, ni même le staff, ni même la direction n’avait pris connaissance de mes trois messages. Donc ce fut une arrivée plutôt chaotique, puisque personne ne semblait vouloir s’en occuper. Chacun se lançait la balle. De plus pour nous satisfaire, nous avons obtenu une chambre rehausser. Celle-ci avait un matelas tellement désuet qu’ils ont dû mettre un sur matelas par-dessus résultat après trois jours, moi et mon conjoint avons de la difficulté à se lever, puisque celui-ci était tellement mou que nous avons chacun des problèmes au dos. Et durant notre séjour, ce qui est tout à fait correct, il y avait de l’rénovation. Mais malheureusement, probablement un manque d’organisation, afin de pouvoir aider la clientèle à circuler à l’intérieur. Nous n’avions pas la possibilité d’utiliser les les chariots pour les valises, puisque l’accès à notre chambre était barré. À notre départ, J’apprends qu’un frais de 20 $ par jour et appliqué pour le stationnement! Lors du détail de la réservation, via Hotels.com, il n’est pas mentionné le frais de 20 $ de stationnement par jour. Donc avec toute cette mauvaise expérience, même si ce ne fut pas notre première visite au château Bone entente, celle-ci sera assurément la dernière.! "

"This property is beautiful, well maintained, staff was very welcoming, friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities and even a Nespresso. Location is about 15 to 20min by car to get to the pier on the Chateau Frontenac and Uber comes to pick you up in front of the hotel very quickly. Hotel has parking as well. Great breakfast and welcoming cookie is delightful! I certainly would stay there again ❤️"

"Room was pristine, staff was very helpful in every way. Only downside was the parking lot size, there was some sort of convention and every space but one was taken for the night, we got lucky on that part otherwise we would’ve had to find someplace else to park."
