Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
We stayed at a one-bedroom condo, very clean and spacious. Full kitchen, laundry machine/dryer also available. Friendly staff. Check-in was smooth, done in advance, no wait time at reception. Quiet location, 3 minutes drive to Village Vacances Valcartier.
We book room for two ,room is very very clean and beautiful , style. check in is easy ,call service is very helpful too. Thank you ,I don’t know when I will be Quebec City again but I will recommend all my friends who want to come to Quebec for travel to this room ,this hotel.
Family room has very good space for 5. Nice and clean, all the amenities were working well. Location is very quiet. The mattress was a little too firm for me, my family was okay with it.
Very charming B&B. Conveniently located close to the Valcartier Water Park. Safe and very clean. Rooms were of a good size, too.

Tv was on wall opposite of bed , could use a couch , shower head was at 5ft approx could have been lower , asked to change , said they couldnt . Very noisy throughout night, . Renovation was very nice , some odd things (above) . Bed was very comfortable , easy check in . Would stay again as long as shower was fixed .
Very pleasant stay in a quiet and warm place. Ideal for couples or families. Clean, comfortable place with lots of amenities. We'll be back for sure. We loved our weekend with the kids. I recommend
the Valcartier Inn 😊
The shower area is quite small but workable, room served its purpose. The breakfast downstairs was amazing, and all the staff were professional and courteous.
Peaceful area. Easy check in and check out. Nobody needs to welcome you on the front desk coz you can check in online. I somehow still prefer someone greeting us especially at check out. Wondering as well how secure the area is. But overall, it was a nice experience.
Very clean place! Close to Bora parc! A little noisy cuz we could hear other people talking in their rooms. Cafeteria is very slow for delivering food. Food is ok! Great in general!

Disliked: Amenities
The restaurant is very good and I will go there if I return to Valcartier village, but I may select another place to stay. The room was small and clean, the toilet was very old and small.

Have bedrooms and comfortable queen beds, plus 2 sofa beds. If the bathroom had vent fan that would be better.
We had a good experience staying in this inn. Its only 5mins away from Valcaltier Bora Parc
Our room was clean. Receptionist are friendly.
We just didn’t expect that our room is beside the cemetery.
We didn’t mind it anyways
The only little issue was the toilet, sometimes wouldn’t flush and would make a loud noise, my husband had to fix it after every time we went to use it and the water in the sink tastes bad but overall it was a quiet and clean place that’s why i think it deserves 4 stars
Well the room was great...nice beds, but no "easy chair". Bathroom was skimpy on counter space and very
narrow Shower.
Unfortunately there was construction outside our window
and there was no other equal room to move to , altho it
was offering to relocate.
The yard was very icy to walk on which they had no control over Nature, but could have been better
serviced..salt and pepples on stair cases etc...
I have a walking problem and had to be driven to the Condo where our son was staying across the yard..
I realize that we have no control over the weather.
Now a comment about the "Keys" to the rooms. We
had trouble reading the "Code" box"..it was competly
black and how do we know were to press the first number?
Definitely a poor system.. where are the push in cards?
Did not like the procedure!
Other than that we enjoyed the "quiet"nights and having
a restaurant close by.
I don't think we got our money's worth. Sorry,
Ruth Dyck
