The hotel is well located and have overall clean rooms. If you stay for longer they don’t clean the room unless you request. The coffee machine in the lobby is really good and handy for morning start. Staff is helpful and bilingual. Restaurants nearby.

The hotel is a little old, which is par for course in this area of Quebec City. Elevators and hallway are a little dated and it shows. The room was good. Two issues - our toilet flush was not working properly and we had to fix it when we arrived and one of the faucets was also not working normally. Other than that, the stay was good. Staff was excellent!

Unfortunately I can't recommend this hotel, the lady who checked me in was borderline rude and treated me like an inconvenience. My phone didn't work the whole time and I told her about it right after I checked in. The room was run down and you could see there was some damage that was never addressed. The location is good, about 6 kilometers from the airport, and some good restaurants close by. I will not return to this hotel...
